Chad Black
Chad Black is a Co-Founder and CEO of NVST Turnkey. He works to build strategic relationships with capital partners to further NVST’s global reach and investment opportunities. Additionally, Chad oversees property management and construction operations through NVST’s sister companies.
A serial entrepreneur his whole life, Chad has worked and owned many types of companies from real estate brokerages to health clubs and restaurants. Additionally, he has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction and development. Chad has flipped over 1,000 houses, and owns a portfolio of over 250 rental properties in 6 markets nationwide.
Chad currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife Courtney and their 2 kids.
